Professional-track associate role within an investment funds group handling fund formation and related transactional work. The team represents fund sponsors and investors on organizational documents, investor side letters, and investor closings; experience with secondaries is a plus.

This position is available in multiple US offices with a hybrid working pattern and requires strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and responsiveness to client deadlines.

JD and 1–3 years’ fund formation or related transactional experience (law firm experience preferred)
Experience drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents and investor side letters; exposure to investor closings; secondaries experience advantageous
Excellent legal writing, analytical ability, attention to detail, and client-focused project management
Ability to work in a hybrid model, manage competing deadlines, and travel as required
