Growing investment funds team in Charlotte seeks an associate with 4–6 years' experience to support fund formation and investment management matters. The team advises on a broad range of alternative funds, including private equity, hedge, venture capital, real estate and other closed‑end and interval fund structures.

The role involves drafting and negotiating fund documentation, advising on regulatory and operational issues, and working directly with clients. The group values candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and interest in supporting business development efforts.

4–6 years' relevant experience in fund formation and investment management.
Experience with private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, or real estate fund structures.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and client-facing experience.
