We are seeking a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney to join a national IP litigation team handling life‑sciences patent disputes. The role focuses on high‑stakes pharmaceutical litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) matters.

The team defends innovator pharmaceutical clients in U.S. district courts and before the PTAB; the position offers hands‑on responsibility for case strategy, briefing, discovery, and client counseling within a busy litigation practice.

Junior to mid‑level IP litigation experience (life sciences/pharmaceutical focus)
Substantive experience with Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and/or BPCIA matters
Track record in district‑court litigation and matters before the PTAB
Strong drafting, advocacy, and case‑management skills; ability to work on multi‑jurisdictional teams
