A leading US litigation team is seeking associates to join its IP Litigation practice in Denver. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across federal courts and administrative forums, working on high‑stakes technology disputes within a national practice.

Qualified candidates will be from law school classes 2019–2022 with demonstrated patent/IP litigation experience and strong academic credentials. Candidates with undergraduate STEM degrees (electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical engineering, computer science or similar) are strongly preferred; CAFC clerkship experience and familiarity with PTAB proceedings are advantages.

Law school graduation in the 2019–2022 classes with strong academic record
Prior patent/IP litigation experience in federal court or PTAB
Undergraduate degree in a relevant STEM field preferred (EE, CE, CS, ME, ChE, BioE, etc.)
Clerkship experience at the CAFC or similar appellate background is a plus
