Seeking a mid-level intellectual property litigator to join a national IP disputes practice with a strong patent litigation focus in hard‑technology matters. You'll work on complex patent and trade‑secret cases across high‑volume patent venues and assist with all phases of litigation from discovery through trial preparation.

The role offers significant exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and close collaboration with experienced litigators across multiple offices. Ideal candidates are collaborative, client‑focused, and comfortable explaining technical subject matter to non‑technical audiences.

3–5 years of post‑qualification experience in patent and/or trade‑secret litigation
Preferably an undergraduate background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a related technical field
Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction and ability to work across offices as needed
