Mid-level associate position in a national IP litigation practice focused on life sciences and Hatch-Waxman/ANDA matters. The role involves active participation in district-court patent litigation and post-grant proceedings before the PTAB, with opportunities to take depositions, appear in court, and work directly with clients and opposing counsel.

Successful candidates will join collaborative litigation teams and contribute to case strategy, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, claim construction, and trial preparation. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and formal onboarding to benefits and resources.

  • 2–6 years of patent litigation experience, including ANDA/ Hatch‑Waxman work preferred
  • Experience in U.S. District Courts and post‑grant PTAB proceedings (preferred)
  • Comfort with depositions, courtroom appearances, and direct client/practice communication
  • Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice experience; participation in discovery and expert workups
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life‑sciences discipline preferred; strong academic credentials
