Mid-level associate position in a national IP litigation practice focused on life sciences and Hatch-Waxman/ANDA matters. The role involves active participation in district-court patent litigation and post-grant proceedings before the PTAB, with opportunities to take depositions, appear in court, and work directly with clients and opposing counsel.

2–6 years of patent litigation experience, including ANDA/ Hatch‑Waxman work preferred
Experience in U.S. District Courts and post‑grant PTAB proceedings (preferred)
Comfort with depositions, courtroom appearances, and direct client/practice communication
Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice experience; participation in discovery and expert workups
Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life‑sciences discipline preferred; strong academic credentials
