Seeking a 2-6 year associate to join a busy IP litigation team handling life-sciences matters, with a focus on Hatch-Waxman/ANDA and other patent disputes. The role involves active participation in litigation across U.S. District Courts and post-grant proceedings before the PTAB, including fact development, motion practice, claim construction, and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates are comfortable taking and defending depositions, speaking directly with clients and opposing counsel, and contributing to case strategy. The group values strong writing, creative problem solving, and teamwork.

  • 2-6 years of patent litigation experience, including District Court and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings
  • Direct ANDA or life-sciences patent litigation experience preferred
  • Experience with discovery, depositions, expert discovery, dispositive motions, and claim construction briefing
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life-sciences discipline preferred
  • Excellent legal writing and advocacy skills; comfortable in client-facing and courtroom settings
