Apply in confidence →Seeking a 2nd–6th-year litigation associate to join a national IP litigation team focused on life sciences and Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA matters. The role involves substantive engagement in district court and PTAB proceedings, with opportunities to take depositions, appear in court, and work directly with clients and expert witnesses.
The ideal candidate will contribute to case strategy, draft dispositive and discovery motions, participate in claim construction and trial preparation, and collaborate on complex infringement, validity, and damages issues. The team values practical courtroom experience, strong writing, and creative problem solving.
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience, including district court and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings
- Experience with ANDA/Hatch‑Waxman or other life sciences patent litigation; courtroom and deposition experience preferred
- Comfort interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel and participating in strategic case development
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in a life sciences discipline (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) preferred
- Excellent legal writing and research skills; experience with expert discovery and motion practice
