Associate — IP Litigation (Los Angeles)

Growing litigation team seeks an IP Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to be based in Los Angeles; candidates in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. will also be considered.

The role focuses on patent litigation matters. A technical background is strongly preferred — an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is ideal. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, solid litigation experience in intellectual property, and excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

The firm has provided a salary range for Los Angeles/San Francisco candidates; final offers will depend on experience, qualifications, and office location.

• 3–5 years' litigation experience, with IP/patent litigation exposure
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable technical field strongly preferred
• Excellent academic record, strong writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to work in Los Angeles (role may be based alternatively in San Francisco or Washington, D.C.)
