Associate — IP Litigation, New York

High-performing associates (law school classes of 2019–2022) are sought for a busy IP litigation team in the New York office of an international law firm. The role involves handling patent litigation matters across district courts and appeals, with exposure to inter partes review and other PTAB proceedings.

Candidates will join a team that litigates complex technology disputes and works closely with technical experts. The group values strong briefing and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage discovery and claim construction workstreams.

• JD from a top law school; admission or eligibility to practice in New York preferred
• Law school class years 2019–2022
• Prior patent litigation experience (district court and/or appellate work)
• Undergraduate degree in electrical/computer/mechanical/chemical/biomedical engineering, computer science, or a similar technical field strongly preferred
• CAFC clerkship experience preferred; PTAB/IPR experience a plus
