Well-regarded national firm is hiring an associate for its IP litigation group in San Francisco. The role focuses on patent and trade-secret litigation across district court and related proceedings.

The successful candidate will work on and help manage contested IP matters, take and defend depositions, and mentor junior associates. The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes for sophisticated clients.

• 3–7 years' post-qualification litigation experience, with substantial patent and trade-secret matter exposure
• Experience taking and defending depositions and managing case workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train junior associates
• Strong academic credentials and solid law-firm litigation background
