The role focuses on complex technology-related disputes across intellectual property, privacy/data security, Internet law, and commercial litigation involving crypto, AI, and platform liability issues.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, managing discovery and document review, and supporting incident response and class-action defense. The team handles matters such as patent and trade secret litigation, copyright and trademark disputes, privacy and data-breach litigation, and technology-driven commercial controversies.
- 2–6 years of litigation experience, preferably from a mid-to-large law firm or in-house technology litigation team
- Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing discovery
- Demonstrated interest or experience in technology/IP matters: AI, crypto/blockchain, Internet law, privacy/data protection, and complex commercial litigation
- Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and initiative
- Must be in good standing with the California Bar
