Apply in confidence →Top-tier international law firm seeks a junior-to-mid-level transactional associate for its IP & Technology Transactions team in San Francisco. The role focuses on technology-related commercial work across software, semiconductors, AI, internet/e‑commerce, life sciences, automotive, aerospace and other sectors.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating development, collaboration, licensing, supply‑chain, outsourcing and technology services agreements; conducting IP and M&A due diligence; preparing and negotiating IP provisions in corporate transactions; and counseling clients on IP ownership, protection and licensing strategies.

- 2–3 years of law firm experience with a technology/IP transactional focus
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements (development, licensing, collaboration, outsourcing, technology services)
- Experience performing IP and M&A due diligence and negotiating IP provisions in corporate deals
- Juris Doctor (or equivalent), admission or eligibility to be admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
- Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on cross‑disciplinary matters
