Established national firm seeks a mid-level Labor & Employment attorney to join its Westchester-area office on a hybrid or full-time basis. The role focuses on defense litigation and counseling across general liability and employment-related matters, with opportunities for trial work and client-facing responsibilities.

2+ years of litigation experience in general liability or labor & employment matters; construction law and NYS Labor Law (Sections 200/240/241) experience a plus
Licensed to practice in New York; additional admission in Connecticut or New Jersey a plus
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytic skills; able to manage matters with limited supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required; commitment to high-quality client service
