Associate — Labor & Employment (Labor‑Management Relations), Century City

Join a national labor & employment team in Century City focused on labor‑management relations. The role involves advising employers on federal labor law compliance, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, unfair labor practice (ULP) and representation cases before the NLRB, and related federal and state court litigation.

We are seeking a junior to midlevel associate with hands‑on experience in employer-side labor matters. Current federal judicial clerks whose terms end in summer or fall 2026 are encouraged to apply. Active California Bar membership is required.

• Junior to midlevel associate experience in labor‑management relations (employer side)
• Experience with collective bargaining, arbitration, NLRB proceedings (ULP and representation cases) and related litigation
• Active California Bar membership required
