Associate — Labor & Employment, Los Angeles

Hiring attorney will join a Labor & Employment team in the Los Angeles office of a leading international law firm. The group focuses primarily on employer-side litigation with a mix of counseling and internal investigations.

Litigation work is largely defense of class and representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters. The role suits associates who have handled complex employment litigation matters and are comfortable with both motion practice and fact development.

• 3+ years' post-qualifying experience in employment/labor litigation at a peer law firm
• Demonstrable experience with class or representative actions (wage & hour, discrimination)
• Experience handling employer-side investigations and employment counseling a plus
• Law school graduation years approximate to 2017–2021 or equivalent litigation experience
