Top-tier U.S. law firm seeking an associate to join a busy employer-side labor & employment group in New York. The team handles litigation, counseling and workplace investigations for corporate employers.

Work will be litigation-focused, with a heavy docket of class and representative actions — including wage & hour and discrimination matters — plus advisory and investigative work for employer clients.

Approximately 3+ years' associate experience in employment/labor litigation at a law firm
Demonstrated experience with class and representative actions (wage & hour and discrimination matters preferred)
Strong litigation skills: motion practice, discovery, depositions and courtroom experience
Ability to handle client-facing advisory and internal investigation work
