Highly regarded labor & employment practice in Orange County is seeking a litigation-focused associate to join its employer-side team. The role emphasizes defense-side litigation in class and representative matters, with additional opportunities for advice and workplace investigations.

Cases are primarily wage & hour and discrimination class actions; experience handling complex, high-volume litigation and managing discovery is important. The team works with national and regional employers across a variety of industries.

JD from an accredited law school and active California bar admission (or eligibility)
Approximately 3+ years’ post-law firm experience in employment litigation, preferably on the employer side
Experience with class/representative actions, wage & hour litigation, and dispositive motion practice
Strong litigation skills: discovery management, motion drafting, and courtroom/ADR experience; ability to handle client-facing responsibilities
