Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. The role suits candidates with 2–5 years of large-firm employment or general litigation experience and strong academic and writing credentials.

Work will include employment counseling, single-plaintiff and class/collective litigation, and internal investigations. Current federal judicial clerks finishing in summer or fall 2026 are encouraged to apply. Active California Bar membership is required.

The firm provides a competitive compensation and benefits package; the posted California salary range for this role is $225,000 to $435,000, with final offer determined by experience and other factors.

2–5 years of experience at a large law firm with employment or general litigation experience
