Leading international law firm is expanding its Banking & Finance team in Frankfurt and seeks associates to join its leveraged finance and acquisition finance practice. The role involves advising lenders, private equity sponsors and corporates on acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and related financings across domestic and cross-border matters.

You will work in international, deal-focused teams on sizeable transactions and have regular exposure to other practice groups. The office offers structured training, clear development paths and opportunities for market-facing responsibility early in your career.

Qualified lawyer (German bar qualification preferred) or equivalent qualification
Interest or experience in leveraged finance, acquisition financing and private equity-related transactions
Strong drafting and transactional skills; attention to commercial detail
Fluent English and German; ability to work effectively in international teams
Client-focused, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities on deal timelines
