Senior associate-level role within a growing Leveraged Finance team advising banks, debt funds and private equity sponsors across the full lifecycle of mid‑market financing and LBO transactions. Work will include structuring financings, drafting and negotiating financing documentation and coordinating cross‑border deal execution with internal and external stakeholders.

The role is staffed from the firm's Germany offices (including Munich and Frankfurt) and involves regular collaboration with international teams. The team is fast‑growing, diverse and collegial, handling complex, cross‑border leveraged finance matters.

German legal qualification (two fully satisfactory Staatsexamina)
Strong English skills
Experience or strong interest in leveraged finance, lending and sponsor‑backed transactions
Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative team approach
International or second‑seat experience and advanced degrees (LL.M./PhD) are a plus
