We are seeking a committed lawyer to join our Munich corporate team, focusing on M&A and private equity. The team advises German and international investors and companies on acquisitions and disposals, with a strong emphasis on transactions in selected industry sectors including technology, health care, renewables and infrastructure, as well as asset management and financial institutions.

You will work closely with colleagues across complementary disciplines such as IT, antitrust, energy and employment law to deliver on challenging, frequently cross-border transactions. Whether you are newly qualified or bring some initial experience, you will be actively involved in projects and transactions and take on direct client contact early on, supported by intensive onboarding and close mentoring from partners and team colleagues.
