An internationally active corporate practice is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded corporate team in Munich. The team advises companies and investors from around the world on complex cross-border transactions and economically significant corporate matters.

You will handle demanding legal questions as part of a collaborative, dynamic team, with significant client contact from the outset and close partner involvement. The practice covers public takeovers, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, restructuring and distressed M&A, corporate governance and shareholder meetings, equity and debt capital markets, and corporate succession planning.

Excellent legal qualifications and very good English language skills
