We are seeking a newly qualified associate to join a market-leading global Real Estate practice, sitting at the intersection of private equity, M&A and real estate. You will advise leading global private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors on a wide range of real estate investments, including residential portfolios, commercial properties, data centres, renewable energy projects and manufacturing facilities.

You will work on sophisticated national and international transactions from day one as part of an integrated team across Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg, collaborating closely with colleagues in London and operating largely as one team with English as the main working language. The role offers international exposure and cross-border deal-making from the outset.

Beyond traditional corporate and real estate law, you will be involved in due diligence reviews, the preparation of due diligence reports and transaction-related documentation, and will quickly take on broader responsibilities in transaction and project management as your experience grows.

Newly qualified or soon-to-qualify lawyer with a strong academic record
Interest in real estate, private equity and cross-border M&A transactions
Experience or strong interest in due diligence and transaction documentation
Fluent English (main working language); German language skills advantageous
Commercial mindset, intellectual curiosity and willingness to take on responsibility early
