An international law firm seeks a Leveraged Finance associate to join its London team. The role involves working on a mix of large, complex and mid‑market cross‑border leveraged financings, including acquisition financings for financial sponsors, refinancings, recapitalisations and related debt products.

You'll work closely with corporate, tax and other specialists on multi‑jurisdictional transactions, draft and negotiate financing documentation and coordinate cross‑border teams. The team supports career development through structured training and secondment opportunities across its global network.

Experience in leveraged finance matters at a leading firm, advising borrowers, sponsors or lenders on cross‑border transactions
Qualified in England & Wales or another common‑law jurisdiction
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills (facilities agreements, intercreditor and security documentation)
Ability to manage a demanding workload, supervise junior lawyers and communicate effectively
