Growing leveraged finance team in New York is seeking associates to work on leveraged loan and acquisition financing matters. The role involves drafting loan agreements, coordinating with lenders and borrowers, and supporting transactions across sponsor-backed and corporate financings.

The team will consider junior through senior associates with focused leveraged finance experience; candidates with related finance experience who have worked on acquisition financings or leveraged loan documentation are also encouraged to apply. Competitive compensation is offered.

Associate level (class years 2019–2023 and equivalent experience welcomed)
Experience with leveraged loans, acquisition financings, or related finance transactions
Strong drafting and deal execution skills; comfortable coordinating with lenders, sponsors and corporate clients
Excellent academic record, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions
