Associate — Liability (2+ PQE) — Sydney

An experienced insurance litigation Associate opportunity in Sydney, joining a busy Liability/Defence team. The role offers diverse exposure across casualty, general liability, property and transport matters, including complex and catastrophic loss files.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team of senior litigators and paralegals, supporting insurer clients on contested personal injury and third-party liability claims. The position is full-time, hybrid, and provides opportunities for professional development within an established international insurance practice.

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in liability or general insurance litigation
• Proven litigation skills and experience managing complex files
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing ability
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise competing matters and attention to detail
• High professional standards and ethical conduct; collaborative team player with commercial awareness
