Join a nationally recognized life sciences corporate partnering & licensing team with a busy transactional practice advising biopharma and medtech clients on collaborations, licenses and related commercial agreements. The role is based in Boston with opportunities across other U.S. innovation hubs.

You will work on structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial and licensing arrangements alongside experienced partners and associates, supporting matters from deal inception through implementation. The team advises a mix of emerging and established life sciences businesses; candidates with either law firm or in-house experience are encouraged to apply.

3–6 years post-qualification transactional experience, preferably with life sciences clients
Proven experience drafting and negotiating licensing, collaboration and commercial agreements
Background in corporate or patent work, or a technical/scientific degree, is a plus
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple deal processes
