The team advises clients across the sector and works on complex, commercially driven transactions. Candidates with firm-side or in-house experience in corporate or patent matters — or with a technical degree — will be well suited to the role.

Juris Doctor and admission to a U.S. bar
3–6 years' experience representing life sciences companies on licensing, collaboration, and commercial agreements
Strong drafting, negotiation and transactional project management skills
Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus
