Join a busy life sciences and digital health practice embedded in the London innovation ecosystem. The team advises start-ups, research organisations, funders and multinational clients on transactional, regulatory, IP strategy and commercial matters across the life sciences sector.

This role will support non-contentious work across licensing, partnering, research collaborations, clinical trial and other commercialisation agreements, working closely with funding and IP teams. The team values commercial, technology-focused advice and includes lawyers with scientific backgrounds (beneficial but not required).

Qualified solicitor with approximately 3–5 years PQE in life sciences, technology or related commercial practice.
Experience negotiating commercial, licensing, partnering or research agreements for domestic and international clients; exposure to clinical trial, research collaboration or academia partnering agreements preferred.
Strong commercial awareness, ability to absorb complex scientific/technical information and translate into pragmatic advice.
Excellent drafting, interpersonal and organisational skills; able to manage workloads independently and work well in teams. Demonstrable interest in business development and sector-focused client work.
