Associate — Litigation, Albany

Seeking a junior-to-mid-level litigation associate to join a busy Albany litigation team within a global law firm. The office handles complex public-policy and administrative matters across sectors such as health care, energy and economic development, and maintains a nationally recognized First Amendment practice.

The role involves drafting briefs and pleadings, conducting discovery, assisting with and taking depositions, and appearing in state and federal courts. The team works with a mix of public- and private-sector clients and regularly interacts with government agencies.

• 2–5 years of litigation experience
