• Recent or pending judicial clerkship (federal or state); qualifying clerkships receive progression credit and a hiring bonus
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school with strong academic record
• Excellent legal research, analysis and drafting skills with demonstrated appellate writing ability
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit for the bar in the hiring office
