Leading regional law firm is seeking a team-oriented litigation associate to join its Cleveland office. The role involves handling civil litigation matters across trial and pretrial phases, working closely with partners and clients, and representing the firm in court and deposition settings.

Typical responsibilities include drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing case communications with clients and opposing counsel, conducting legal research, and preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances. The listed base salary range for this position is $195,000–$220,000 per year; actual offer may vary based on location, experience, and skills.

3–4 years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred)
Proven ability drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive litigation filings
Experience preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances
Superior legal research, persuasive writing, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Strong academic and professional credentials and ability to work effectively in a team
