Associate — Litigation (Copyright & Trademark), San Francisco

Mid-level to senior associate role in a national litigation practice focused on copyright and trademark disputes. The team handles complex IP litigation across federal courts and before administrative forums; the role involves motion practice, discovery management, depositions, expert work and trial preparation.

Candidates will be considered for Bay Area, New York or Washington, D.C. offices. The firm seeks lawyers with strong academic and professional credentials who can contribute to high‑stakes, commercially significant IP matters.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience with a focus on copyright and trademark matters
• Demonstrated experience drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, and working with experts
• Experience preparing for trial preferred
• Admission to the California, New York or D.C. Bar (or ability to obtain admission)
• Excellent academic and professional references
