Senior associate-level litigation role within a busy Corporate Commercial / Energy litigation team based in the Calgary office. The team handles commercial disputes, regulatory and administrative proceedings, and energy-sector litigation for corporate clients across Canada and internationally.

Successful candidates will work on a mix of contested matters including commercial and regulatory disputes, often with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional elements. The role offers exposure to energy-sector issues (oil & gas, power and related industries) and to strategic litigation and advisory work for corporate clients and industry stakeholders.

1–3 years post-qualification litigation experience (or equivalent articling/clerking plus early PQE)
Strong commercial litigation research, drafting and advocacy skills
Experience or interest in energy-sector matters (oil & gas, power) and regulatory proceedings preferred
Ability to manage files, work with teams across offices, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
