Join a leading Canadian corporate team as a Resource Lawyer supporting early- and growth-stage venture clients. This role sits in the Emerging and High Growth Companies group and focuses on transactional work for venture-backed clients, including incorporations, financings and routine corporate matters.

You will work alongside senior deal teams to support closings, prepare organizational and transactional documents, maintain cap tables and registers (SAFE, share, option, warrant, convertible debt), and assist with due diligence and onboarding reviews. The role also contributes to process and service‑delivery improvements and the adoption of legal technology and deal-tracking tools.

Called to the Alberta bar (new calls encouraged to apply)
Corporate law experience, ideally with exposure to M&A, private equity and/or capital markets
Experience with due diligence, contract analysis, closings and other transactional processes
Comfortable with legal technology (cap table / entity management software) and data entry into deal-tracking tools
Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings/weekends as required
