Join a national corporate and energy team in Calgary handling commercial, M&A and energy-sector transactions. The role offers exposure to negotiated corporate mandates, asset and share transactions, regulatory and operational issues across oil, gas, power and related industries.

The team works on cross‑border and domestic matters for corporate clients, financiers and industry participants. The group values commercial judgment, technical drafting skills and collaborative work across offices.

1–3 years post‑call corporate/commercial experience (M&A preferred)
Law degree and admitted or eligible for admission in Alberta
Experience on energy sector matters (oil & gas, power) an asset
Strong drafting, transaction execution and client‑service skills; team player
