Senior associate opportunity in a national corporate energy practice based in Calgary. The team advises on complex energy-related private M&A, divestitures and project development across oil & gas, power and renewables.

This role offers significant client exposure, mentoring and structured training within a busy transactional group handling project structuring, joint ventures, commercial arrangements and related documentation for a range of industry participants.

Qualified to practise in Alberta
6–8 years of experience in private practice or a mix of private practice and in-house, with work in oil & gas, power or renewables
Substantive experience in private M&A, joint ventures and/or project development transactions
Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; team-oriented mindset
