Mid-level associate role within a busy Financial Services group of a well‑regarded Canadian corporate practice. The team advises on domestic and cross‑border loan facilities, including syndicated senior financings, asset‑based and mezzanine transactions.

The role offers significant client exposure, hands‑on deal work, and mentoring from experienced partners. You'll work on structuring and documenting commercial debt transactions for lenders and borrowers across sectors.

Qualified or eligible to practise law in Alberta
4–6 years' PQE in financial services/finance transactions
Strong academic record and proven drafting, analytical and communication skills
Team player with initiative and the ability to work on complex financings
