Senior litigation associate role within a national insurance defence practice. You will work on insurance coverage and defence matters across discovery, motions, mediations, trials and appeals as part of a collegial team, with opportunities for client-facing work and responsibility for files from intake through resolution.

Licensed to practice in Alberta (or another Canadian province) and in good standing with the relevant law society.
4–7 years' PQE in commercial litigation with a focus on insurance defence and coverage.
Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; proven courtroom and mediation experience.
Excellent judgment, analytical ability, interpersonal skills and capacity to work independently and in teams.
