Associate — Litigation (Environmental & Product Liability)

National law firm is seeking a California-admitted litigation associate to join its litigation practice focused on environmental and product‑liability matters. This role is open to candidates based in multiple California offices and offers a hybrid working arrangement with regular in‑office presence.

The successful candidate will handle complex state‑court litigation work including legal research, drafting motions and briefs, discovery management, and participation in hearings, depositions and trial preparation. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and contribution to client service and pro bono initiatives are expected.

• JD and admission to practice in California
• 4–5 years of litigation experience (California state court experience preferred)
• Experience in environmental and/or product‑liability litigation
• Prior law firm or agency litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy and case‑management skills
