International law firm with a Geneva office seeks a litigation associate to join its disputes team on a 100% full-time basis. The role offers exposure to commercial litigation, white-collar criminal matters and banking/financial disputes, with regular client contact and varied casework.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, dynamic team and will have access to internal training and development programmes typical of a large international practice. The position involves managing multiple files, drafting pleadings and opinions, and supporting courtroom and enforcement-related work.

Swiss law degree and Swiss bar admission (brevet d’avocat)
Approximately 2–3 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and economic/white‑collar criminal law
Strong drafting and case-management skills; able to handle multiple matters
Excellent spoken and written French and English; good written comprehension of German
Proactive team player with autonomy and client-facing ability
