Seeking an associate to join a growing litigation and insurance coverage team in Seattle. The role focuses on insurance coverage and bad-faith defense for insurers and also involves defending corporate clients in commercial litigation, catastrophic loss and wrongful-death matters.

Typical responsibilities include analyzing policy obligations, drafting coverage opinions and memoranda, preparing pleadings and discovery, and representing clients at depositions, hearings and mediations. The team values proactive matter management and client communication.
