Senior litigation role on a busy insurance and defence team in Toronto. You will handle all phases of civil litigation and coverage work, with opportunities to run files from pleadings through discovery, mediation and trial.

Work will span commercial litigation, professional indemnity, construction and specialty insurance lines, including attending examinations for discovery, preparing court materials, drafting client correspondence and appearing at motions, mediations and trials (independently or with senior colleagues).

Member in good standing of the Ontario Bar
Approximately 5 years' post‑qualification civil litigation and insurance/coverage experience
Trial and advocacy experience; comfort conducting examinations for discovery and court appearances
Strong legal writing, judgment, analytical skills and client-facing demeanour; able to work independently and in teams
