Associate — Litigation & Investigations

Senior-junior associate role in a global disputes team, supporting litigation, investigations and commercial dispute work across Belgium and cross-border matters. The team handles high-value commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement, white-collar investigations and restructuring/insolvency matters.

You will join a closely integrated Belgian disputes group with early client exposure and responsibility on complex matters, working alongside international colleagues on coordinated cross-border strategies. The role offers formal training, language support, secondment opportunities and hybrid working arrangements.

• Belgian Master’s degree in Law with strong academic results
• 1–4 years’ post-qualification litigation experience at a reputable law firm
• Fluent English and fluent French and/or Dutch (written and spoken)
• Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills, commercial judgement and collaborative team approach
