Join a busy Brussels litigation team handling commercial litigation, international arbitration and restructuring/insolvency matters. The role offers exposure to disputes at all levels (court and arbitration) and direct client contact on complex, cross‑border matters.

The team works on high‑profile mandates for corporate and financial clients. You will be expected to manage files, draft submissions and advise clients under partner supervision while benefiting from structured training and mentoring.

Belgian Master of Laws (or equivalent) with strong academic record
3–5 years' post‑qualification experience in litigation or restructuring/insolvency
Practical interest or experience in restructuring and insolvency matters
Dutch as first language, excellent English, good French
Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills; commercial mindset
Team player, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
