Top-tier global litigation team is seeking an associate with MDL and consumer class action experience to join its complex commercial litigation practice in Chicago. The group handles high-stakes disputes across industries and pursues a trial-ready strategy while advising clients on posture, risk management, and resolution options.

Work will involve briefing and motion practice, discovery and case management in multi-district and class-action matters, and collaboration with senior litigators across offices. Candidates will join a team that routinely handles significant federal court and appellate work and coordinates cross-jurisdictional litigation.

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with MDL and/or consumer class action work
Strong briefing, motion practice, and discovery management skills
Federal court experience preferred; appellate exposure a plus
Ability to work on teams across offices and manage complex, document-intensive matters
