Associate — Litigation, New York (4–5 years)

Mid-level litigation associate role in a busy New York litigation team. The role involves handling all phases of commercial litigation matters, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, expert work, pretrial preparation and trial support.

The team seeks a candidate who can manage matters, draft high-quality briefs and pleadings, prepare witnesses for deposition, and contribute to client service and business development within a fast-paced practice.

• 4–5 years' litigation experience at a U.S. law firm (commercial civil litigation preferred)
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial/matter management
