The role involves handling a broad docket of defense matters from investigation through trial, working closely with senior lawyers and engaging directly with opposing counsel and clients.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of matters, developing case strategies, conducting discovery and document review, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for mediation and trial. California bar admission required
Minimum 2 years litigation experience (defense-focused preferred)
Proven legal research and drafting skills; Westlaw proficiency
Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation
