Mid-level associate opportunity in a litigation practice focused on trial and defense work, based in Tacoma with hybrid flexibility. The role handles a broad range of liability and insurance-defence matters, including coverage and bad-faith disputes, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, uninsured/underinsured motorist (UIM) defense, premises liability, transportation/trucking claims, employment and property disputes.

You will manage files from discovery through trial: taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and trial materials, conducting legal research, and reporting to insurance carrier clients and insureds.
